Things To Do Before Arriving At The Health Club
Many people find that their workout takes so much time out of their day that they end up skipping sessions to save time in their evenings. However, it doesn't have to be like this for many people, as your workout time at the gym can be shaved down considerably, with a little bit of preparation.
It is always important to be organized when going to the gym. Planning is very important due to the fact that it can save you a lot of time once you're at the gym.
What to Wear
If you're going to the gym from home, then it's always important to ensure that you're wearing the clothes you're going to be working in when you leave the house. This may seem like a no-brainer, but many of us who seem to find ourselves in a rush to get to the gym forget to change fully before we leave. Wearing only what you need to, to get the job done, is a very important factor in saving time at the gym and also in saving space in your gym bag. As a result, you don't have to change unnecessarily once you're at the health club.
If you're going to the gym from work it can be a little more tricky to find something to wear that slips off easily in the changing room at the health club. If you're wearing a suit, then there's little of a way around speeding up your changing time. However, if you can get changed at work, then the time spent fumbling and changing at the gym may be saved, although that approach may specifically not save you much time at all. An alternative is just to ensure that your gym bag is organized to allow you to access the clothes you need to as soon as you arrive at the changing rooms
Another important thing that many people forget, as a time saver, is to wear a swimming costumer (for ladies) underneath your workout clothes, or wear swimming shorts (for men) that double as normal shorts for your routine. Not only do you save time getting changed for the pool, but if you're going for a shower after a workout, then you can take your top and shoes off an be ready to shower.
Shower at the Gym
It's always really tempting to save your shower until you get home, however, if you follow the swimming-clothes advice from above and take a shower at the gym then you're going to save more time overall. Also, the showers at the gym are likely to be worse than your shower at home, so you're not going to spend as much time in them!
Prepare Your Bag and Supplements Beforehand
Don't go sloshing your drink everywhere as you run to your car to go to the gym - get it packed in your bag (with the supplement mixed) before you leave to avoid time-wasting at the gym. Also make sure that your locker key, towel and spare underwear are always replenished every time you get back from the gym, to ensure you spend less time preparing to get there next time you go. Not only will it streamline your time spent getting ready, but it will also improve your organization of the things that you take with you.

It is right next to the Hobby Lobby and across from Jefferson mall. It is one of the cheapest and well kept fitness centers I have ever been in.
